Details: The Cathedral city, Truro lies on the south coast of Cornwall. The narrow streets house shops, both small and the larger chainstores.
Lemon Quay is an open pedestrianised area in the heart of the shops and the Saturday Market is also held on the Quay. The indoor market can also be accessed from Lemon Quay and only a few yards away stands The Hall for Cornwall where concerts, music and much more are performed throughout the year.

On the banks of the river Kenwyn, Victoria Gardens, has many different species of trees, shrubs and flowers. There is also a bandstand and during the summer, Brass Band concerts are held on Sunday afternoons.
